Another goal of this project is that MES have access at any time in the work of the teacher and student grades. This enables stourbridge the MES I do analysis or current statistics. In a word MASH - loves to have under control the teacher, so you can punish or quits depending on results. This project stourbridge began implementation in late 2010 primarily through some of Skopje Macedonian schools. For this purpose MES has trained a group of teachers who called the site administrators in the schools where they work. These administrators will make the training of other teachers in the school. In this semester are ordered most schools in the Albanian language to start with the project. Most developed countries, this thing, it's in daily practice, but they have gone mainstream journal. Republic of Macedonia also wants to keep pace with time. Of course this is all very positive and I believe that although we agree with the school infrastructure in the schools of the country, especially in the Albanian settlements it does not meet basic standards. I did not answer. I repeated the same request the next day. And in this case I got the answer in Macedonian with the recommendation that at other times I go in Macedonian language because the team does not contain E - Albanian diary.
In fact E-journals on the MES are reportedly in two languages. Macedonian and Albanian language. When asked the Albanian-diary presented a strange sight (see here looks like the homepage of e-journal). There are places where there is no translation funny linguistic or syntactic logical basis. One gets the impression that translation makes Google's network es literally. A literally translated sentences?!. Written in the classes where the subject name and teacher name are written or Cyrillic script or one of them in Macedonian. The teacher allowed to write instructional content in Albanian. Viations can not tolerate or better to say insulting Albanian language. Teachers should only react? Above said e-journals for the spotlight have parent. Where is the parent now. I think that they should seek the council of parents in schools to respect their right to information in the pure language of the right speaker. Now the question is: Why MES team contains not technically the use of the Albanian language? Can not find the Albanian language linguists or do not want them in their team? Albanians have qualified within the field of computer science in the universities of the country as well as in prestigious universities abroad. Why not help raise them in the project of E-journals. I think the problem is not technical, but political. Tetovo is a university city with two universities. Why are they silent? Where are the political parties? Where are our politicians? Where are the MPs to approve projects and laws that are not in the interests of the people?
