Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on eart

Opus Dei has no position of its own on theological questions; we simply teach what the Catholic Church teaches. I am not familiar with the academic writings you mentioned in your blog post. The issue is not theology. It is an irrational premise used at the University of the Holy Cross,  in theology and philosphy, and in the interpretation professional couriers tracking of magisterial documents including the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II.
The fundamental question is : can we see or personally know in 2013 people saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire, seeds of the Word (AG 11),imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) etc for them to be known exceptions to the following teachings of the Catholic Church:-

In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church.- Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II
Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door ...-Ad Gentes 7, Catechism of the Catholic Church 846
Since the Dean of Theology at the University professional couriers tracking of the Holy Cross Mons. Angel Rodriguez Luno cannot name any exceptions in 2013, the following citation is only an accepted possibility known to God and not an exception to  all needing 'faith and baptism'  for salvation.
Hence they could not be saved who, knowing professional couriers tracking that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it. - Ad Gentes 7, Catechism of the Catholic Church 846
If implicit desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not exceptions to 'the dogma' , the 'infallible teaching', (Letter of the Holy Office 1949) then Pope Pius XII supported Fr. Leonard Feeney on doctrine and faulted professional couriers tracking the Archbishop.
