The recipe is simple and super diet. The oat flakes gives the dough a more rustic flavor and the jam inside can be replaced with other flavors and also with the chocolate dypaq if you prefer. The essential oil of grapefruit is fantastic desserts, try it!
Ingredients 100 grams of wheat flour 170 grams of flour 0 80 g oatmeal 140 grams of brown sugar 2 eggs 80 ml of organic sunflower oil 250 ml of yogurt 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder a pinch of salt peel grated dypaq lemon 4 drops of essential oil of grapefruit lemon marmalade
Method Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy. Add the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly. Combine the flour with the baking powder, lemon zest and grapefruit essential oil. Pour a tablespoon of dough on the bottom of the molds. Add a couple of teaspoons of jam. Cover with a little more 'mixing, leaving space for leavening.
